4.Different type for your choose
(4.1) If material is high hardness and low viscosity, the surface of the HPGR will not be easy to form the material-wear-resisting layer. Under the continuous pressure of high pressure roller, carbide stud force is larger. So we should choice type B carbide stud to Improved service life.
(4.2) If material is low hardness and high viscosity, the surface of the HPGR will be easy to form the material-wear-resisting layer and the stress of carbide stud is small. So we should choice type A.
(4.3) If the diameter of HPGR and the daily processing capacity is large, and the load change is big and unstable, we should choice the type C to reduced production cost.
