(4.1) If material is high hardness and low viscosity, the surface of the HPGR will not be easy to form the material-wear-resisting layer. Under the continuous pressure of high pressure roller, carbide stud force is larger. So we should choice type B carbide stud to Improved service life.
(4.2) If material is low hardness and high viscosity, the surface of the HPGR will be easy to form the material-wear-resisting layer and the stress of carbide stud is small. So we should choice type A.
