What's The Difference Between Virgin Tungsten Carbide And Recycled Tungsten Carbide

1) The density of recycled tungsten carbide is lower than that of virgin tungsten carbide. Take YG15 tungsten carbide for example: Density: 13.90-14.20g/cm³ We can measure the external dimensions of the tungsten carbide products we bought, and then calculate the volume according to the external dimensions, and then weigh the weight in KG, by the formula: density=weight/volume (Note that KG is converted to g, and the unit of volume is CM³.) If the calculated density is lower than the national standard density of YG15, it can be concluded that this piece of tungsten carbide is absolutely made from recycled materials.
2) The surface of the recycled tungsten carbide blank is uneven and very rough.
3) The finish of recycled tungsten carbide cannot be reached after fine grinding, and there will be black spots, and in serious cases, there may be pores or sand holes.
