Tungsten Carbide nozzle is made of hot straight hole and hole of hot press sintering. Due to its hardness, low density and excellent wear and corrosion resistance, tungsten carbide nozzle has been widely used in sandblasting and shot blasting equipment, ensuring the product in the best air and abrasive long time use. Tungsten carbide nozzle is made of precision machinery and tungsten carbide material (superhard alloy). Bending resistance up to 2300N/mm, hardness up to HRA90 degrees. In the processing of tungsten carbide nozzle, we do precision grinding and surface treatment, to achieve the hole roughness of Ra0.1 and R at both ends of the roughness of Ra0.025. There is a scientific radius of curvature design at both entrances. This design ensures the smooth passage of the thread. Due to the overall material processing, there is no elevation in the hole, and the tendency to bend and jam has been improved compared to the ruby nozzle.

Tungsten carbide nozzles are mainly used for cooling the drill teeth, flushing mud and cleaning the cuttings at the bottom of the well when working with PDC bits and cone bits for oil and natural gas drilling. Hard alloy has high hardness, wear resistance, strength and toughness, good heat resistance, corrosion resistance and a series of excellent properties, especially its high hardness and wear resistance, even in 500℃ temperature is basically unchanged, still has a very high hardness in 1000℃. Hard alloy is widely used as tool material, such as turning tool, milling tool, planing tool, drill bit, boring tool, etc., for cutting cast iron, nonferrous metal, plastic, chemical fiber, graphite, glass, stone and ordinary steel, also can be used for cutting heat-resistant steel, stainless steel, high manganese steel, tool steel and other difficult to process materials. Tungsten carbide nozzles offer the advantage of economy and longer service life when inevitably brutal handling and use of media for cutting abrasives (glass beads, steel pellets, minerals or cinders).
