1) Cast iron roller, tool steel roller has poor wear resistance, short rolling groove life, frequency repairments, which would affecting the performance of the mill;
2)Tungsten carbide roller has a high hardness, and its hardness value is very stable with temperature change, the hardness value of 700 ° C when the HSS 4 times; also elastic modulus, compressive strength, flexural strength, thermal conductivity higher than tool steel 2 times.
