Product information of tungsten carbide flexible welding rope
Cast tungsten flexible welding rope is made by cast WC and self-fluxing nickel alloy powder coated on the nickel wire. The cast WC has irregular shape,high hardness about 2200HV0.1 and excellent wear resistance. The self-fluxing nickel alloy powder is a spherical or nearly spherical shape, It's has a high wet ability after combined with cast tungsten carbide.
Applications of tungsten carbide flexible welding rope
Coating Hardness: HRC 55-65
Overlay Thickness: 2-8mm
Applying Process :Oxy-acetylene Welding
Coating Property :Wear resistance,Anti-Corrosion
Application: Oil bit, stabilizer , geological bit, feed screw etc.
