Application of copper tungsten carbide composite brazing rod:
YD-type tungsten carbide composite rods are mainly used for surfacing welding of oil, mining, coal mining, geological, construction and other industries with some severe wear or cutting workpieces. Typical for downhole tools such as wells, hole openers, waste treatment plants, cutting tools, fishing tools and centralizers.
For cutting purpose: 40%Copper, 60% Tungsten carbide grits;
For wear purpose: 30%Copper, 70% Tungsten carbide grits.
