Planetary thread rolling dies make up of the ring+ the shoe ( the segment ), for some machine a set planetary thread rolling dies including 1 ring and 1 shoe ; but some other may also need 1 ring match 3-4 shoes, its depending on the machine model.
Flat thread rolling dies make up of moving die + stationary die. Our thread rolling dies could made from steel material (Cr12MoV) and tungsten carbide, surely the tungsten carbide material cost much higher than steel material, it's depends on your budgets.
